Product Care
While not in use jewelry should be stored in a cool, dry, dust-free place.  To avoid scratching store pieces separately.  Polish with a gentle polishing cloth.  Abrasive scrubs or liquid cleaners can damage stones, pearls and the patina on the metal.  Remember your jewelry contains delicate vintage elements that should be handled with care.  

Return Policy
Hopefully you will love your jewelry as much as I enjoyed making it.  If you are unhappy with your purchase contact k. talis via e-mail within 7 days of receipt and you may return or exchange it minus shipping costs.  You will be responsible for securely shipping the purchase back to k. talis with tracking.  All custom orders are final.

Repairs
If your purchase arrives damaged or breaks soon after receiving it please contact k. talis via e-mail within 90 days.  You will be responsible for securely shipping your purchase but I will be happy to repair it free of charge.  After the 90 day period I will repair your jewelry at my discretion.  A small fee may be charged.

k. talis is happy to do custom orders.  Please e-mail me directly to let me know what you are looking for.  I am happy to work with you to create something special.

Wholesale
k. talis does sell to wholesale  customers.  If you are interested in selling k. talis in your store please e-mail k. talis directly and let me know a little about your company.  Please include your location, other lines you carry and your resale ID.
